Terms & Conditions – 499bdt Online Casino and Sports Betting

1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 499bdt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are registering solely for personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a person employed by 499bdt or its affiliated technology and payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 499bdt or had an account permanently closed for terms violations.

2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 499bdt. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment method references, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 499bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds that were credited.

Where a legitimate duplicate arises through a technical error by the Platform, the player must notify support immediately. 499bdt will merge the accounts and credit any valid balance to the primary account.

3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 499bdt may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance.

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. Any winnings generated while the account contained false information may be voided at the Platform's sole discretion.

4 KYC Documentation Requirements

499bdt applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. Before processing any withdrawal request above ৳2,000, or at any point deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance team, players will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months.

5 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where an account is closed due to failed KYC, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to return any verified deposits to the original payment method minus any applicable charges.

7 Deposit Processing

8 Withdrawal Processing

9 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit on 499bdt are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance following successful deposit processing. The bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

The welcome bonus is available to new players aged 21 and above only. One welcome bonus per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 499bdt reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

11 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or any other activity that 499bdt determines in its reasonable judgement to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

12 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 499bdt are subject to the Platform's Sports Betting Rules, which are available in full via the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include: bets are void if an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled timeframe; in-play bets are final once confirmed by the Platform's system and cannot be cancelled; accumulator bets are settled based on the outcomes of all individual selections; and odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to rain-affected matches where applicable. Markets not covered by an official DLS result may be voided at 499bdt's discretion.

13 Casino and Live Casino Rules

Casino game rules are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by its developer (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, or Spribe as applicable). In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 499bdt is not responsible for connectivity failures on the player's side, including mobile network interruptions on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk.

14 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings are capped at ৳5,000,000 per bet or game round, regardless of the bet size or applicable odds. Where winnings from an accumulator, progressive jackpot, or bonus game would exceed this cap, the maximum payout of ৳5,000,000 will be applied and the excess amount forfeited. 499bdt reserves the right to adjust this cap with reasonable notice to players.

15 Suspension by 499bdt

499bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods.
• Confirmed use of the account by a person under 21 years of age.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other players.
• Detection of software exploits, bots, or other automated tools used to gain an unfair advantage.
• Compliance with any applicable legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority.

16 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 499bdt account at any time by contacting support via the email address in the footer of this page. Before processing a closure request, 499bdt will verify the player's identity and confirm the disposal of any remaining balance. Where a player requests closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

20 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, a game result, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your use of 499bdt, you must contact the support team within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. 499bdt will investigate all disputes fairly and respond within 10 business days. The Platform's decision, following investigation, shall be final and binding.

21 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English law principles. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English. 499bdt makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or legal in jurisdictions outside of the platform's intended operating territories. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 499bdt is lawful in their jurisdiction.

22 Right to Amend

499bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes that affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via the email address registered to the player's account and announced on the platform's homepage at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using 499bdt and may request account closure as described in Section 16.
